********** Staff behaviour at Grand Westt!!!

********** and disgusting behavior and service from your staff last week Friday at Grand West. Can't remember her name, a unako 0r bukho light skinned girl with glasses who gave me attitude after she had wrongfully handled my order. I have never seen such disgusting behavior at any retail scenery in my life after we patiently waited for the food. I will never go there again, No manager came to see what the issue was after we had a whole shouting at each other session. I proceeded to wait 10 minutes for cup holders that never came. I am disgusted and if I was not starving that day I would have demanded my money back.
