Soggy mushy burger overloaded with sauce n spilled milkshake deliveredilkshake

I purchased the Whopper meal and a strawberry milkshake from Burger King Pavillion in Westville via the Mr D app. Imagine my disappointment when I opened up the meal, the burger buns was drenched in tomatoe sauce. It was soggy and mushy. I only ate the patty. The milkshake was not closed properly and was spilled in the delivery bag to which the driver said he will come back with another. That never happened. Numerous attempts to contact Burger King proved fruitless. Can the management please call me as the call goes unanswered.
