Slow service and spoilt food

My husband and I once complained about Burger King Sunward Park’s slow service and we were told the manager would be made aware about 2 months ago but nothing has changed.

On top of their slow service, my husband and I bought 2 for 130 meals last night, upon getting home and eating, my husband’s burger taste so bad, I almost vomitted from just tasting it. We then examined the burger and the patty looked weird (not sure if that’s how Burger Kind patties look) but with how it tasted, it really didn’t help much.

Not sure who we can talk to that will take our complains serious about that branch but I’m not happy with how complains are being handled
