Sick it

It is 5 times now, i go order from BK in Bedfordview......5 times I receive the wrong order. previously i would not check the order only to realize when i got home, that it was wrong. Today i decide to check the order before leaving.....guess what....wrong again. Called the owner.....you know what he said?.......I'm sorry. This is what our business culture has resulted to......."I am sorry". Nobody actually gives a damn anymore........but yet everybody is complaining about business being slow.......Stick it where it belongs......I will certainly avoid ever buying from BK again.
