Shocking service at Burger King - What a disapointment!!!

We went to Burger King on Saturday for lunch at the Mall of the South - after waiting in the queue for 45 minutes (genuinely that long) when we got to the front of the line they told us they had no hamburgers - I mean honestly we could only have chicken products - how on earth could that be possible - you go to burger king for a burger - really think they could have had a sign up or had a staff member to advise us at the back of the queue that this was the issue as we certainly would not have stayed. There was then no ice for our cold drinks. Our experience there was shocking I had my sister with us from Australia and she was totally shocked by what went on and I seriously will have an issue spending my hard earned money at burger king in the future.
