Shocking Service

On Sat 03/3 at 6.30 pm. I went to get dinner from Burger King at Comaro Crossing. The restaurant was full. The lady taking orders hasn't been trained properly and my order was a mission. Secondly they didn't have any change for the patrons buying food. Our lady that took our order and the other lady taking orders proceeded to have an argument regarding my R45.10 change. So I waited. My order of 1 whopper with cheese and chips with 2 milkshakes was finally placed after 20 minutes. While waiting for my whopper I was then told that the milkshake machine wasn't working. Seriously this is peak trading time on a Saturday evening. I then asked for a refund. All in all 1 whopper and chips took 35 minutes. Your staff needs jacking up and need to be trained properly. The manager and staff should be preparing for the evening trade in the afternoon and not telling patrons they don't have change and cant produce milkshakes. I doubt if I would go back
