Shocking Burger King Branch in Table Bay Mall

On Sunday 7 December we ordered 4 Burger meals from the Table Bay Mall branch and we were informed that they do not have chips. We then purchased chips from Steers which is next to Burger King. How is it possible that a burger place is not able to provide chips. This is totally unacceptable
