Service atrocious

Indoor service at branch near Somerset West Mall atrocious. Markings on floor confusing with green stripes near counter but not allowed near them. Stood at green line and without saying a word was shouted at by lady behind the counter. Another customer actually asked the lady behind the counter how she can talk like that.
