Running tummy after eating food from burger king

We had running tummy after eating 1 king size combo for R270.00 burgers, chips and their fried chips and chickens pieces. We bought food on Friday 12th of May 2023 at 15h54pm CHK 651 Cashier 14433 drive thru. We had a terrible running stomach. I was so disappointed with the food. I was called by one of burger king employees to find out about what happened, that was it no feedback from him.
