Run down store safety hazard

I visited the burger king in n1 city cape town It started off okay the staff wasnt too friendly Looked like they didnt want to be there we ordered a family meal From the start things took a wrong turn we went upstairs to the play area just to find that it was extremely neglected we asked the staff why is all the stuff switched off like the games table and photo booth she just reply its broken. Went to the play pen the netting was torn and broken there was exposed wires i have a 4 year old and a 1 year old this is extremely dangerous its a lawsuite waiting to happen. We then got the food it was okay but we had to wait 15min to get a refill of cool drink When my wife wanted to go change my son the changing room was disgusting the chair was dirty cupboards was broken the bed was literally peeling.
