RUDENESS AND POOR SERVICE

Castle Gate Burger king is probably the worst burger king ever. Why have a drive through when you have to wait 15 minutes in the queue not moving. I got out of my car, went into the shop, asked whats going on and they just swore and told me to go away. We left. Got bake to my car which hasnt moved and went to Nandos...... why support rudeness and poor service?
