RUDE STAFF

Firstly when has it ever been acceptable for your staff to swear at your customers ever!!!!!Secondly do you not capture orders and have the order show on your screens because thats what I see at your other banches. Your staff lack people s****s and general manners.Thirdly why does your staff cross question customer if they confirm what they wanted paid and got receipt makes no ****** sense. Lastly the staff not all of them but majority lacks customer service. In nutshell I placed order for your meals and desserts and the lady was so rude telling me how must she know what dessert we ordered and when I confronted her in store she because verbally abusive towards me and I spoke to her in normal tone
