Rude Poor service from Thabang

Went through drive thru in Centurion branch as I made an order somewhat the guy taking my order bacame rude on me. I kept telling him am ordering burger King meals with jelapeno anh he went on asking me 3 times hmm hmm hmm I had to scream and tell him over and over my order with Miranda drinks then he went ourtbusrt laughed at me as he said drive thru ! I then met him at pay point as I gave him my card he said me tapping ? tapping? then I asked him his name he said Thabang I said I dont tap less than a thousand rand transactin he gave me the speed point machine off I took it back told him its not on and for the third time I said to him after showing my sister the speed point off it was nt functional he took it and reset it and it looked like he was not knowledgeable at what he was doing after failed attempts 3times I then swith off my engine as there was another car behind me he gave me the speed pont which was on then I showed my sister and proceed with transacting it took us 15min for only making payment with this rude Thabang whom I Told him more than once how rude he was. Thabang as he awiited speed point process it jammed and paper was finished then he opened it and proceed printing the receit which was crumbed from the jam quickly picked one on the floor I asked him a he gave that crammed receipt if the whole paper he pick down was my receipt I left. It was very disrespectful demeaning as his behaviour was like of a disorientated person on high
