Rude manager and staff does intentional things

Hello,

I was Burger King N1 City today, I ordered a double spicy, with a slice of cheese, heavy sauce and jalapeños and a king jnr meal, I got my food and it was cold, they gave me new chips only and by the the time the chips came my order was cold, they remade the hole order, then the burger came without cheese without heavy sauce and jalapeños and then they added heavy sauce and a hand full of Jalapeños like they were trying to funny or make a mockery out of it. I had to go back thrice to get my order right. The picture attached of the burger then the manager came and told me yes I complain alot and every time, everyone is speak about me as a customer and he band me from his store and he will make sure that he informs BK head office. He refunded and basically told me to leave his store and not return. I am appalled by this managers behavior towards me and also telling me I shouldn't return to his store. I would like the area manager to call me and discuss this matter in detail.

I sent this complaint a week ago and I am yet to receive any call, response or anything?!! Disgusting to say the least.

Also the pictures of the hands full of chillies on my burger hasn't been addressed!
