Rude cashier

Worst experience ever, had to beg Cashier: nthabiseng to get off her phone so that I can order. I had to say hello 3 times so I can get her attention and place my order. She continued to attempt to place my order while still looking at her phone and when I ask her why is she take my order with a rude attitude she proceeds to tell me she isn't being rude while rolling her eyes. The manager could not even reprimand her behavior as her superior.
