Rude Burger King Klerksdorp

I've never experienced such arrogance and blatant disrespectful service in my entire life.

My review is solely aimed at the Burger King Branch in Klerksdorp Johannesburg Rd.

Tonight was the 4th time this one particular staff member named Tshepo. As he takes the orders he speaks to you as if you're a piece of garbage. Once he saw my face, he asked me if I was the guy who asked for change the previous time. As to which I confirmed. Once he identified me, I asked him why he's asking, to which he sarcastically uttered "never mind". When I continued to collection, he went to the bathroom, when he came back, he tried to intimidate me with a scolding look. I then asked him whether he has a problem or not. I then asked for the manager, who just apologized while he was standing behind her. No rectification took place.

I am utterly disgusted by this and as a VERY regular customer who comes by every single week, I will gladly not only withdraw my support, but also will make this publicly known. I will also continue to repost this on various social media platforms.

It's is unacceptable for a fast food outlet to allow this type of behavior.
