Roach found in cooldrink

I went to Burger King Canal Walk today, I really wanted a Whooper as I haven't had Burger King in a very long time. At first, they lost my order, which caused me to wait longer. I then decided to have a Pepsi whilst I'm waiting for my meal to be made. My cooldrink was leaking, so I fetched paper to clean my table and I took the lid off, as I'm looking at my cooldrink, I found a roach in my cooldrink. I felt so sickened by this as I've drank of my cooldrink already. I handed the cooldrink to my partner to have a look, and she immediately took the cooldrink to the cashier, and explained that we would like our money back and we will not be eating here.
