Review for Burger King – Rembrandt Mall , Paarl ,South africa Drive-Thru

Absolutely disappointed with the service I received today. I went through the drive-thru and ordered the Extra Long Chili Cheese Special, but instead, I was given TWO plain Whoppers — no cheese, no sauce, just dry patties on buns. This is not what I paid for, and it’s honestly unacceptable.

Not only was my order completely wrong, but it also felt like no care was taken at all to check or confirm the items before handing them over. I only realized the mistake once I got home, and by then it was too late to turn back.
