Refunds not received

On the 2nd April I placed an order on Bolt Food by Burger King Tokia. I order 1 whopper meal cheese chilli bites and 2 chocolate milkshakes. I paid via my card

The driver from bolt foods called me to say that Burger King milkshake machine is not working. I told the driver it is fine he can leave it. I was then still charged for the milkshakes. I then called Burger King and the person told me I should call Mr Delivery. I then made contact with Mr Delivery and they got back to me the Tuesday.

I spoke to a gentleman and he informed me that they can not see any deliveries from Mr Delivery. I then explained to him what happened. He then also informed me that Burger King is not Halaal and when I go onto the bolt foods app it does not say if they are Halaal or not.

I then tried calling Burger King and no one until today got back to me. I am really upset that I have to wait more then a week and also not letting the people know that the foods are not Halaal.
