Refund

Good day Hello Peter.

So, I've ordered from Burger King Long Street, However, to my surprise i got the most unpleasant service ever. I also order two meals and only received one which was completely wet and soggy due to the cooldrink spilling all over the food. it was not edible at all PLUS TO TOP IT ALL OFF THERE WAS A WORM ON THE LETTUCE. i then called burger king long street and they flat out refused to refund me. I sent them pictures of the food that i received still they would not refund me . i went without lunch + i never got my other meal . i am 30weeks pregnant and i had to pay a R200 for absolutely nothing. i am so disappointed and i will never order from them again. the service was absolutely disgusting to say the least.
