Putrid service delivery

I ordered food at 16:50 using the Mr delivery app and received feedback that my food would arrive at an estimated time of 17:52. There was no response from mr d, neither any response from the restaurant. We phoned them twice and also they couldn't give us a proper response, only to be sent an email at 7 saying that my order is cancelled.
