Pour service ovarall

Yesterday i bought 4whopper meal around 18h10 while passing at cresta mall.to my suprise around 19h40 when i arrive home only two whoppers not four but chips and drink were 4.so called customer care and explain the situation to my suprise the guy who was helping wanted to give me the number of the shop to call them just emagine!so i asked what is customer care for because by calling them they suppose to handle the matter not re direct me back to the shop.so was asked to take photos and wait for their management call today from the shop so this happened yesterday as mentioned and im still waiting for the call.so my advice to other customers is to becaful and stay away from pour service in cresta mall as only to employees where helping one on the till and one making drinks as giving out orders to uber drivers and individuals
