Poorest service at burger King

Been to Roodepoort Burgerking this evening. Waiting for an hour to place an order. Takealot and Mr D had same problem. Angie the Manager was soo out of touch. Put head in the sand. Process seems to be the key issue. Pathetic service not value for money. It was my last visit!!!
