Poor staff

This is my second bad experience with Burger King in Brackenfell : the first time I was told you are only allowed to redeem 1 voucher at a time yet this time that was not the case ?? ( so did the cashier lie...?) The first time I had to go back inside 3 TIMES because they forgot to pack the food correctly. This time I didn't bother to check and ONCE again they forgot my fries. It makes no sense to drive back. This will be the last visit at this branch. I am extremely disappointed and would advise any one to say away from this branch. It is literally a waste of money.
