Poor Servicing

I've ordered from Burger King Port Elizabeth Disa Road through Uber Eats. The driver of Uber Eats has given my order to someone else. I approached Burger King with the wrong order and they told me they cannot assist me. Now I know it's not their fault, but if you want to keep your customers happy and keep on getting support then either replacing the misplaced order or refunding would be acceptable. I am completely disgusted with Burger King Disa Road, Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha service. Burger King should work on their after sales service and Uber Eats should rather do one order at a time.
