POOR SERVICE, POOR QUALITY RICHMOND BURGER KING

My boyfriend had gone to the Burger King, Richmond, Cape town. He had to wait in a queue for a long time in the drive through. He orders specifically and the woman then says all is there. He drives to the next window where they made him pay and he collects the food. WRONG. The order was wrong. He had to argue with them to try and get them to rectify their mistake to which they didn't take the order properly after he had repeated himself several times.

Low and behold once it was "rectified" and he gets home, we find that the order is STILL wrong. This is a new branch that had just opened and they cant even get orders out correctly and they never seem to have stock of certain meals??

Poor service and poor food quality. This will probably never be sorted and they have lost a customer due to this. I will continue to tell others about this service as it is absolutely pathetic.
