Poor Service

Ordered a plant based burger at Burger King Plumstead. Order went through even though they know that they don't serve plant based burgers. After several cancellation by the Uber drivers because the order was not complete, Burger King only served us with the other beef burgers but no refund was made for the plant based burger meal. Up till now, still didn't receive any feedback from them.
