Poor service

Purchased a meal from Burger King Sanctuary the sodas was warmer than room temperature. Their customer care response was for one of the employees to call me and inform me their dispenser was faulty. The customer care followed this up with a message. Case resolved. Their service is poor and customer car even worse!!
