Poor service

Every week without fail we order burger King as a family cause we use the coupons. Lastweek we had a terrible experience we ordered from the burger King princess crossing and to state our order was two chillie cheese fries, two whoppers with cheese and then also two small cheese burgers. To my surprise the one whopper had no patties when I had opened it. Only cheese, lettuce. The one chilli cheese fries had zero cheese sauce. I called last week to complain but haven't recievd any response yet. Very disappointing as we are regular customers.
