poor service Burger King Ermelo

We went to burger king Ermelo on Sunday 20 December 2020. we gave our order and was very specific about burgers there was no mention of a sandwich and it was not explained to us. we were waiting for the food and while waitingno other customers were tended to everyone was standing around talking and laughing. the floors, counter and tables in the establishment were dirty and food crumbs were everywhere. We were served by Samukeli and Noluthando decided to give her opinion with an extreme attitude and arrogance. The prices on the menu board differ from the prices that you pay. We are extremely unsattisfied with the service given. we had to fight to get our chips for the meals. This is unexceptabl
