Poor service and theft

We ordered meals form Burger King cape gate on 10 April 2021 just after 19:00 and paid for it in the store. Our order number was 834. We collected the packet, drove home, sat down to have our meal only to discover that the kiddies burger was not included in the packet. That is extremely poor service and theft form the customer.
