Poor service and pathetic customer service

On the 11th March 2020 around 11am i walked into burger king landsdown Cape town. Got to the till point and as i wanted to order food with a voucher coupon the cahier says she is unable to pick up the pricing and what she is trying to say is that i cannot use this at their store. After explaining to her that the coupons says all burger kings she goes and get the manager who then shows her where the pricing is.

She then takes payment on their sure swipe machine and the payment says approved and goes from my account her manager again storms over saying "i told you not to take payment with this machine" the more i was explaining to him that they payment went through on my account the more he said it did not and it would be reversed and insisted the payment should be taken from another swipe machine.

By this time i was so annoyed by everyone being so unorganized and i could not understand how the lady behind the till had no idea what was going on she stood there saying nothing. I said you them " wow you guys are just catching on ****" (in afrikaans) he shouted at me "oh you want to be rude you can be rude and i dont have to serve you" he continued to shout at the staff to "cancel the order" i then asked him so what about the money i paid because before he got all irate all i am saying is my money went from my account it was not reversed as he said it would because a reversal happens with in seconds and now he has cancelled my order. I was told by him he has a right to cancel my order and i can bring a bank statement to show the money went off i then said no i am not he said he will go check of the payment went through i then waited for 30 mins he then returned and said that they will be another 5 mins and i can swipe from the other machine i asked for what must i swipe if i didn't receive any food as he cancelled my order he said " oh " and walked away after 5 mins he came back saying the payment was successful and how much was it gave my money cash out of the till and did not even apologize for his behavior.

I will never ever go back to that store the service is poor and the customer service s****s are pathetic
