Poor Service and Management

<p>To Whom this May Concern. I'd just like to bring this issue forward relating to the newly open fast food outlet, Burger King in Port Elizabeth, situated in Disa Road next to the Sasol Petrol Station. I have never ever waited so long in my entire life for my order which took over 35min. I fully understand that the branch has just recently opened but the service is pathetic and the management requires attention. I mean we are waiting and when you ask what's happening the response you get is " I don't know". It poor service and I feel more order is required to enhance services. Yes Burger King is the new craze at the moment as everybody is talking about it. I need to say the quality of the food is really good it's worth every cent but not the very long wait that I experienced. I really look forward to responsive services, where the issues will need to be addressed to ensure a better experience as I am disappointed. I really hope that it will change because the food is great but not the service. </p>
