Poor service and lack of listening

We went through the drive through at N1 City Burger king. We gave them our order to only receive the wrong items. The 1 burger they were told to exclude items but they added more. We asked for a double burger and only got single. We asked for garlic mayo and received nothing. This is absolute poor service considering we checked our order 3 times when placing it. We pay hard earned money for stuff we dont even get?
