Poor service.. AGAIN!!!

More than just gatvol of the poor service at Burger King Kimberley. No Ice Cream for over a week now. Complained about the same thing before. Again no notice indicating there is no ice cream, meaning you have to struggle through the whole drive through. When you complain to the staff they just ignore you so what is the use. The person at the speaker did not even make an effort to say they working on the problem, just decided toe ignore us. Don't know why i keep on going back.
