Poor service

To Management.

This is purely to tell you how absolute disgusted I am in the staff of your Burger King branch by Westgate.

Me and my son went there on Saterday evening at about 17:50. We stood inside in the line, with only 3 people infront of us. At 18:00 loadshedding started but we waited for the generator to start so we can order. Was not even 5 minutes when the generator started. But not one staff member communicated with my son or the other 2 men standing and waiting. All staff was playing in the back chasing each other and just ignored all customers infront. Meanwhile the people in the drive-thru are being helped. We, as well as the other customers decided to walk out after waiting 25 minutes of no service, no communication and no food.

This us truely the worst ever service we received. Please note that I will be awaiting feedback on this complaint, if not I will take this further.
