Poor service

I am a frequent visitor to Burger King which is one of my favourite takeaway places. I stopped at Burger King Allens Nek branch at 1213 on the 13th September. I was made to wait 32 minutes for a burger in a shop that was nearly empty. Only after I queried my long wait, suddenly my meal was ready in double quick time with no apology offered. The amount of loud talking and screaming behind the counter was indicitive of the poor service at this branch
