Poor service

I must say the service I got tonight was out of this world POOR, even beyond.,night manager should learn to apologise. I waiting for 15min to get my order. When I asked Neo lady that gave me my food about the wait, no answer, they didn't care about me waiting as if I'm getting the food for free... I hope I'll be able to hold myself and not go there ever again
