Poor service

The Burger King's service at Preller Square in Bloemfontein has always been slow, but our last visit to the franchise resulted in us having to wait longer than usual for someone to take our order while there was a staff member just behind the counter busy with her phone and not tending to us. The other staff members also took notice of us but still no assistance was offered. The slow service was unacceptable and I personally feel that there should at all times be someone ready to take an order from customers. I also discussed this issue with both the particular staff member and the manager of the franchise to make them aware of their poor service. However, I do not think that they really paid attention.
