Poor Quality products at burger king Disa Road

I purchased your wings, paying almost R10 PER wing, and specifically ordered original wings, not crispy. Not only did I receive the wrong sauce on it, but the wings were burnt and completely unappetizing. This is not the first time we've received food from this franchise that is not only unappetizing, but unappealing. This is unacceptable, customers spend hard earned money to treat themselves and the very least we expect is to receive what we ordered, and prepared properly. We are highly disappointed and feel very let down, especially from a brand of your standard.

I trust you'll take this complaint seriously and address the quality control issues at your store. No customer should have to pay premium for such poor quality.
