Poor quality of food

I am disappointed about the experience at Burger King Nowoord. We bought three Whooper burgers for my family and it was horrible. The meat was burnt and the quality of the food we received did not meet our expectations, even though the staff was friendly and welcoming. The meal did not turn out as we hoped, especially from a place we typically enjoy.
