Poor quality food at burger King lenasia trade route mall

I was so disgusted at the burger I was served yesterday after a very long time ordering from burger King. The burger King in lenasia trade route is always a mess this is the second time I'm complaining and no one cared to attend to my complain I wasted R123 of my hard earned for the second time for poor quality food with missing ingredients I am so over burger King and its bad service. I reported it on Mr D food but they too didn't reply. This is honestly not fair I wanted to return the food after lunch but looting started at our mall I want my money back!
