Poor Quality Drinks and Customer Service.

Dear Burger King Management,

I had such a disappointing visit to Burger King Blue Downs Center. My family and I went to purchase strawberry milkshakes, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired.

Firstly, we had to wait nearly 15 minutes to receive our milkshakes. While I understand delays may occur during busy times, this felt excessive for a simple order. When we finally received our milkshakes, they were plain vanilla, not the strawberry flavour we ordered.

Upon questioning the staff, I was informed that you are now using a “new” syrup. To say I was dissatisfied would be an understatement. The milkshake tasted bland, watery, and lacked any resemblance to the rich, fruity strawberry flavor I have always enjoyed from Burger King.

I was so dissatisfied that I went home and made my own strawberry milkshake using my own ingredients (photos attached). I am deeply disappointed in the service and quality, especially as a loyal customer who has always trusted Burger King to deliver high-quality products.

I hope they will take this complaint seriously, as the quality and service I experienced did not meet the standards I have come to expect from this brand.😒
