POOR POOR SERVICE / Burger King Jean Crossings Centurion (21 October 2022)

Went to Burger King Jean crossings.Stood a long time in the drive thru, about 20 minutes. Eventually got to the front to place my order.Then had to wait a while until I could pay.Eventually got to pay and then had to wait about 20 minutes until all my food came, as the chicken tenders I ordered and the Chicken BK Crunch burger I ordered, wasn’t ready. When the tenders and burger finally arrived l, the burger had cheese on after stating that we want it without cheese.Had to wait again for that to be rectified.Got home and 2 of the extra garlic Mayo dips I’ve ordered and paid for wasn’t in the packet!This is ridiculous!Every time we order from this outlet l, something is wrong,either the wrong items or the items are not in the packet.Really disappointed!!!
