Poor management Rustenburg

This morning around 10h30, I went to burger King. I was so upset with the treatment that I received from Burger King Rustenburg. I went on my app to redeem today's offers and I was told it was not available on their system and was ignored by the manager for 30min and being told someone is on a call trying to resolve this. David was arrogant and unwilling to assist. I eventually left without being assisted. What is the use of having the app if we can't redeem offers at the restaurant???? Two weeks ago they didn't have vegan nuggets, is this how they run their business? Poor management Rustenburg!!!!
