poor dispute resolution

on the 30/06/24 I was double debited for a meal R370.70 at BK Arbor crossing, relentlessly called their number but no one seems to pick up. as a result I've had to drive there 3 times at my own expense plus produce a bank statement which I was charged by my bank, all of this for something which was their fault. the manager still had the audacity to ask if I really wanted my money back or a meal instead. in the end not even a complimentary Pepsi for all my trouble
