POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

WHAT A FAIL! For the second time I received such bad service, staff is very slow(my order said pickup 18:04 but only received my order at 18:30), the food was half done & dry that me and family couldn’t even eat it!! Staff is just having a nice chat no worries about customers waiting!! For the second time i am very much disappointed and can finally say I will never buy from you again. You really need to improve your service or train your staff all over again.
