Poor customer service/ Bad milkshake

The staff at blue route mall keep on having conversations in the kitchen while customers await to be served. This has happened to me numerous times. I feel like management should teach the staff about customer experience. I had an issue with a milkshake that was in actuality ice cream in a cup, i could even drink it through a straw. None of the crew members know how to speak or treat customers. Im highly disgusted and im still awaiting a call from the manager. Just want y'all to know that I'll never recommend burger king ever again id rather walk a long distance to MacDonalds that be treated like im wrong for complaining about the quality of my food. Thanks for nothing
