Poor Customer Service at Burger King CPT CBD

Extremely unhappy. Went to their branch in CPT CBD to spend my son's birthday. My daughter needed a tissue and I am on Chemo and need to use the toilet frequently. Upon arrival we ask for the toilets and were directed to an stairwell. As we could not find the toilets we asked where it is. Only to be told that all the toilets were locked. When a voiced my dissatisfaction and demanded an alternative toilet. The staff just shrugged and did not even bother to direct us to an alternative toilet. What bothered me was their could not care attitude and poor custumer service aswell the hygiene of the staff as where do they go when they have the need to go to a toilet. Do they just do it in an alleyway or where do they go. Just asking.
