Poor customer service

I had a great experience with Burger King Grand West this past month , however last night 29 July 21:23 the service was absolute horrific not sure if it was due to them closing at 22:00pm .

I found that most the staff are not trained on the product and have a lack of customer service s****s .... after my food was handed in take away bag as requested i then asked for a sit down board as well ...they then wanted the bags back and asked to make use of it.... The one staff member advised the other to leave it... I also found a grey long hair in my onion rings... i didn't not advised the manager or staff on duty as they were rude and would have most likely have done something with food i was awaiting ....Extremely disappointing with the staff that would last night as i had excellent service from the rest of the staff this month complimenting them on great food ... all it took was that hair and the way i was treated to make me think differently....
